Our refunds and returns policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns, the process for initiating a return, and how refunds are processed.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and you need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable Items
Please note that due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items unless they are defective. Products that are damaged or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at gigiofrc10@gmail.com to inform us that you wish to return your product. Please include your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- We will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your return.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at gigiofrc10@gmail.com and send your item to the provided return address.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
